Learn how your self-image has been shaped and which foundations feel strong or vulnerable. Through the Personal Timeline, you gain insight into the experiences that have influenced your self-image throughout your life.

Week 3: Your inner critic & self-compassion
Get insights in de influence of the Inner Critic & Self-compassion on your self-immage. And how to strengthen your self-immage.

Week 4: Meditation self-Confidence & self-Worth
Guided meditations to help you grow your Self-confidence and Self-worth from deep within.

Week 5: Working with your Inner-Critic
Learn the patterns and intentions of your inner-critic, Get to know them, learn how to recognize them and grow more compassionate towards your inner-critic.

Week 6: Self-Acceptance & Transforming Inner-beliefs
Learn how to transform negative inner-beliefs and create space for self-acceptance. Create new powerfull affirmations. (Optional: plan a digital coachingsessions for extra support).

Week 7: The do- and being-state
Discover how you react when you experience a "problem". Discover your do- and being-state.

Week 8: Deepen your connection with your inner strength
